The Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School is looking for individuals who applied for cash assistance or disability benefits* and in that process paid for medical records. If you meet the qualifications below please contact us!
Qualifications
- Applied for certain cash assistance or disability benefits programs* (doesn’t matter if you were granted it)
- Paid for medical records and/or experienced a delay in getting your medical records.
- Indicated to the medical records provider that you were requesting the records to apply for a cash assistance or disability benefits program.*
- You saw the provider in Massachusetts
